You have basically taken the front of our house out both upstairs and down and replaced small sliding doors with bigger ones thus doubling our view of the sea. You have coupled this with fixing our swimming pool which had plant growth at the top and retiling our water tank where there was a serious leak. On top of this you have fixed a potentially serious leak in the roof.

"Raif was recommended to us by a friend who had nothing but praise for him and his company Seastone.
We had a problem with a leak in our pool. I had been monitoring this for a while and I asked Raif for his advice and we discussed the actions necessary to solve the problem. In addition, the patio surrounding the pool was cracking and subsiding due to it being laid on sand. Raif suggested re-laying the new patio on a sealed� reinforced concrete base.
He gave me a quote for the complete job which I thought was a very reasonable price considering the amount of work involved. Convenient payment terms were given.
My wife and I were back in the UK for the duration of the work. Raif sent regular emails with photographs showing how the work was progressing. The end result exceeded our expectations, the whole project was completed in a timely manner with the work being of the highest standard. I would suggest that the philosophy of Seastone is to give value for money and where 'Tidiness' is of paramount importance. This was certainly the case because when they had finished you wouldn't have known they had been there.
We would have no problem whatsoever recommending Seastone to anyone. They have been the most professional and courteous company we have dealt with during the ten years we have been in Cyprus.

"I found my old house in the mountains 2 years ago and finally got the keys in August 2014. It needed complete renovation - no solar panel, 1 ton water tank, and hadn't been touched for 30 years. I got quotes from several builders before friends recommended Raif, and Seastone. No contest!
Some work commenced last autumn to make the property weatherproof but the main renovation started in May 2015, taking 3 months. It involved new ceilings, floors, re-wiring, lighting and plumbing. We knocked 3 rooms together to make an amazing kitchen, taking out an end wall to open onto a ruin, which is now my dining room, and re-locating the shower room, which is quite wonderful.
The ruin (my dining room) opens on to a terrace that faces the mountains. This terrace was subsiding in parts, and falling away in other parts! It has all been reinforced and levelled and I now have an essential brickwork 'shed'. I have tiled roofs over the ruin, the veranda upstairs, and between the house and the arches in my courtyard.
It has all turned out much better than I could have hoped for. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I can say that after 3 months of daily 'co-habitation' with Seastone, they were always polite, tidy, helpful and unobtrusive.
I knew the work was going to take about 3 months, which it did. The budget did become elastic but I was up for it because we were doing more than I thought was possible, and it was exciting! Raif always quoted for extras before we agreed to go ahead.
I am really happy with everything Seastone has done and I know I wouldn't have the house I have without Raif. I have already recommended him, without hesitation to friends.

"My name Is Rebecca Gale and since the Summer of 2012 I have been renovating an old Cypriot property in Ozankoy.
As I lived here I decided to project manage this renovation myself and did the sensible thing in getting numerous quotes for each individual job!
I had used a number of builders and tradesmen for the first few jobs and although their prices started good, they got disproportionately higher for jobs as the project moved along, or halfway through they would tell me it was going to cost more money!
The first job Seastone did for me was Tiling my floor. The professionalism shown by their workers was a breath of fresh air. Raif was on site almost all of the time overseeing everything.
The price,, actually was the price!!!! which is unusual here.. if I deviated from my original specification, I was quickly given new prices to agree to and always very reasonable.
If Raif's interpretation of what I had requested turned out different to mine, we could resolve all issues very amicably and mutually.
For these reasons I have used Seastone for almost everything since then. They have tiled my bathroom, replastered, dug a new soak away, and even re built my swimming pool which was a huge responsibility, and my biggest Job.
One year on and my swimming pool is perfect! we had a few teething problems with the pump room but Raif would be immediately on site and would thoroughly investigate WHY the problem occurred and resolved it properly, instead of the quick fix.
The price was reasonable, he completed my pool to my exact design requirements with materials he had never used before, on time AND on price!
I have since used him for my basement renovation, and as he has come to expect, i didn't want anything ordinary! He has created exactly what I wanted, again, on time AND on price!
It is safe to say that my property renovation has been made incredibly easy since Seastone came on site.
I am very cautious to recommend anyone here in Cyprus, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Seastone no matter what job you need doing.
They also maintain my pool and i am happy with the services he provides.

"Now that all the works have been completed we would like to take the opportunity to thank Raif & his team for their hard work‚ competence & professionalism during this time.
We employed them to renovate the ceramic patio surrounding the whole of our house‚ the patio in question was cracking & subsiding due to it being laid on sand by the original builder. This problem was letting the rain go through the patio‚ in turn causing damp problems inside the house. Seastone re-laid the new patio on a sealed‚ reinforced concrete base‚ resolving all these issues.
The project was completed to a very high standard & the patio looks as good today as it did when it was first laid. The workforce were very reliable‚ punctual & polite‚ they cleared the site of all debris when the job was finished (not in the Ravine as we have experienced with other workmen). Further to this we had our fly screens re-meshed‚ again a job well done & they helped us with several smaller tasks. On the odd occasion that concerns or queries were raised they were quickly resolved with no dramas.
We recommended them to our neighbours/friends who had the same renovation work done to their patio‚ in addition to this they had their pool terrace replaced‚ the house was painted internally & externally‚ also some other smaller jobs were undertaken. These projects were carried out whilst our friends were in the UK with a very tight time frame to adhere to‚ needless to say all works were completed on time‚ proficiently‚ to the satisfaction & delight of the owners on their return.

"We have used Seastone since we first moved to Cyprus‚ over two years ago. In fact‚ we decided to use them well before that when they responded so quickly and positively to an e mail looking for someone to manage our property. The company were flexible‚ responsive‚ prompt in communication and very reliable.
Over the two years‚ we have had Seastone look after our house while we were away‚ look after the pool‚ renovate terraces‚ fix leaking taps‚ demolish a chimney‚ build a pergola and provide a mass of advice and help in getting things we needed.
Raif – the main man – has been an invaluable asset to us. He has advised on dealing with local offices‚ been instrumental in sorting things like electricity and‚ critically‚ getting our Kocan. Nothing has been to small for him to deal with‚ or too large for his team to cope with.
The standard of workmanship has been first class and Seastone has never let us down. Raif quite simply tells it like it is – if it's serious he lets you know‚ if it can wait he will delay things. Seastone provide great value for money and will try to find way to do things economically. Having access to a qualified civil engineer is another great asset – where big projects are planned this is a great confidence booster!

The first time we encountered Seastone was when they fitted fly–screens to our villa.
Since that early introduction we have used them for a variety of work:
- the construction of a 10 x 5 metre liner swimming pool surrounding decking to the pool
- paved pathways and a paved area with pergola in the garden
- laying down membrane and fine gravel in the garden to prevent weeds growing.
For all these jobs we have found them to be both trustworthy and reliable‚ as well as providing a friendly‚ quality service. There were also other small jobs that were dealt with efficiently.

"As anyone who moves to a Mediterranean country would no doubt testify trying to find someone you can trust to do a job and see it through and leave you with a smile on your face are few and far between!
When we set about re–designing our garden – although probably calling it a garden was an over–statement if I am honest – we were lost at who to turn to for it.
We had thought about having a pool but the aggravation and the upheaval put us off for a very long time – when we finally came to take the plunge (excuse the pun) as to who to choose it became an even bigger headache.
Sea Stone were recommended to us by some friends in our village who were using them to refurbish their existing swimming pool – I was wary as every time I get a recommendation it seems to go wrong – but looking back on this one it is a recommendation that I am glad we took.
Having met Raif in March 2013 and to see what our garden looks like now‚ 6 months later‚ is beyond our wildest dreams – the swimming pool is far beyond what we had ever expected and we ended up embarking on other projects in the garden with Raif – all of which have been done to the very highest standard.
It may have cost us a lot more than we ever envisaged but every penny has been worth it for the expert guidance Raif gave and his help along the way and now what I believe will turn out to become a lifetime friendship as well.

At the AGM held in July we discussed the re–decoration of Seaterra Esentepe and want to share with you the thoughts of the meeting.
All agreed that in contracting Seastone to re–decorate the site we were very lucky. It was felt that the care and attention to detail‚ rapport with the owners and professionalism shown was exemplary.
Owners appreciated how carefully the site was masked before painting‚ how well the cracks and surfaces were generally prepared and how well the areas were cleared up after decorating. There was also special mention that when minor concerns were voiced you personally responded and rectified any problems swiftly.
The additional work to the porches‚ the concrete footings and electricity boxes was greatly appreciated and these details have enhanced the end result. The site looks as new again.
The owners wish us to forward our thanks to you and your team from the STEOC.
Inevitably we may have individuals needing to touch up areas for various reasons in the future before the site needs a complete re–paint. Please will you forward to the STEOC the colour codes of the paint used so we can forward these to the owners. Thank you for your help with this.
